Hi, Micah,

I am fascinated with your savage delicacy. Do the rats come prepared any other way? Smoked? Jerkied? My son is craving rat meat, and I am considering asking you for a sample.



I have a couple of questions of my own. Are the rats farm raised or harvested wild? When one snacks on roasted rat, should the tail or head be crunched first? I think the tail would make an excellent handle.
