The hotel looks impressive. Why is Japan the most difficult place in the world to grow grass? Would that claim not be an exaggeration?

The average low temperature for the month of August in Tokyo in 2010 was more than 27°C. If you would have been at the seminar, your would have heard me elaborate and demonstrate why that makes Japan the most most difficult place in the world to grow grass.
