A Prawn Party

Last night we had an ATC company party, our first of 2009. My assistant Aom, pictured above, has just graduated from college, so we celebrated at one of the ubiquitous riverside restaurants here on the northern outskirts of Bangkok. We have these large prawns every time, and the best part (it is said) is the head. I can always get rid of the prawn brain taste in my mouth with some addition of a very spicy dipping sauce.
