Been gone for a while

I arrived home this afternoon after a long trip. The calendar on my office door was still showing February. Of course it would be, because that’s when I last departed.

The trip had 26 flights, a lot of early mornings, a few late nights, some train rides, a few boat rides, a couple bus rides, long drives—and I’m glad to be home for a couple days.
