Four birdies

I made an extraordinary four birdies* on the challenging greens of Wellman Golf Club in South Carolina this spring.

I’d like to point out this was with borrowed clubs, an unfamiliar putter, and all while wearing street shoes.

birdies* because we were playing a shamble format, playing our own ball after hitting our second from the best tee shot of our group.

This was my first time playing the shamble format. With a group that can place a ball off the tee as well as these four, I felt like I left a few birdies out there.
